If you create an account, shipping returns is easy. You may request a return right from your account with instructions. For tracking & return purposes our system will automatically create an account for you with a random password if you choose to checkout as a guest and you may use that to log in and check the status. Those with no accounts will not have access to track and check status of orders
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Original or return shipping charges are non refundable unless a mistake was made on our end.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return Shipping Charges: We do NOT reimburse return shipping charges unless a mistake was made on our end in color selection and or quantity. We strongly suggest ordering a sample first to make sure the color you want is acccurate as monitors can sometimes vary in color.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be allowed to international destinations. We are not responsible for customs delays or customs duty taxes due.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Excluding holidays. All orders placed during the weekend or holiday will not be processed to the following business day. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are normally shipped withing 1-3 business days. If you are in a rush, please indicate under special instructions when the event date is and when the petals are required as, due to backorders, there may be a delay of 1-3 business days before orders are shipped. We ship out of New York, expect weather delays during winter months.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Estimated shipping days is "time in transit" not from the time you place the order. It is how many business days "normally" after we ship it.
Please note, USPS first class mail, priority mail and parcel post are not "guaranteed" day of delivery and may take longer. Express Mail is 1-2 business days. We will not be responsible for delays once the package leaves our facility, unless a mistake was made by Tributes Floral Company in shipping . Only UPS & Fed ex have guarantee delivery date.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and can be calculated before checkout. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and/ or ounce.
